Using COB technology

Different from traditional SMD soft modules, our COBFLEX adopts COB packaging technology.Since the light-emitting chip of SMD screen is packaged before mounting, it has weak protection and is easy to knock and drop the light, and its waterproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof performance are poor. COB screen has better overall protection, and the front protection level can reach IP65, which is waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-bumping.In terms of image quality, the COB screen uses an overall coating, and the light source is scattered and refracted to present a surface light source effect. There is no graininess when watching, and the contrast is higher, reaching more than 20000:1. The colors are bright and vivid, the details are better, and there is no moiré when taking pictures.

Enhanced Heat Dissipation

In flip-chip COB displays, the electrode of the light-emitting chip is oriented face down in close proximity to the PCB. This configuration facilitates more direct and rapid heat dissipation through the PCB, effectively minimizing thermal resistance and enhancing heat dissipation efficiency. Consequently, it supports continuous operation under demanding conditions over extended periods.

Multiple Curves

Has a larger curvature and can be bent 45 degrees It is suitable for curved flexible display of stage backgrounds, exhibition halls, indoor conference rooms, etc， It helps to improve the environmental grade and create a special visual atmosphere

Protective Method: IP 54

Compared with ordinary indoor LED products,we adopt IP54 high protection level. IP54 is an international standard that indicates that an electrical enclosure is dust tight and watertight against light pressure water spray. No degumming, have higher shockproof level, greater reliability and high level surface protection.

Excellent Color Contract Ratio

The color contrast ratio of 30000:1. A high contrast ratio enhances visual clarity; colors appear more vibrant for a better viewing experience; depth and detail perception can be enhanced; and the optimal contrast ratio minimizes eye fatigue ratio and ensures viewer comfort.

Extraordinary Visual Effects

High brightness and high gray, refresh rate ≥3840Hz, 14-16bit grayscale level, and the image is presented without delay and smearing.
