Outdoor LED Display

There are more opportunities to create powerful visual experiences when people are outdoors, ranging from stadium scoreboards and concert backdrops to storefront advertising and transportation signage. PTC's outdoor LED display solutions are designed to meet your needs and help to catch audiences and passers-by you may not have reached with standard LCD displays.

Our outdoor LED display products have high brightness and lower power consumption, in order to deliver bright and vibrant images even in direct sunlight, ideal for outdoor stadiums and events. We use high quality PCB and power supply, so our outdoor LED displays save 20% energy than other similar products in the market. Each of our outdoor LED screens is shipped in module format allowing you the flexibility to create screens of any size. Options are available for front or rear service access depending on your installation.

Slim and lightweight design. Lighter cabinets provide more convenience for installation. 1m by 1m panel size can be easily assembled into big screen of different dimensions.

RANGE OF PIXEL PITCHES

What pixel pitch do you want to use? The pixel pitch means the distance between two contiguous LED lights measured in millimeters. The pixel pitch is also closely related to the minimum viewing distance. For example, if the minimum viewing distance is 10m, the suitable pixel pitch should be P10, P8 or even P6.

What's the screen dimension? The LED screen size has a major impact on the screen's resolution and maximum viewing distance. The larger the LED screen is, the longer the maximum viewing distance will be.

Where the screen will be installed? If the LED screen is installed near the sea, we should use anti-rusted cabinet material. Also, we should use fanless cabinet design as well as high quality outdoor LED, so the LED panel could work properly in the salty and humid air.

What equipment do we need for running the LED display?

LED Video Processor

The LED video processor is needed to support and deal with different signal inputs,
such as HDMI and DP from sending cards and then send them to receiving cards.

LED Controller

The LED controller is responsible for the connection between the PC and the screen.

It receives the signal from the PC and transmits it to the screen. It is like a brain in the LED display system.
