PTCLed COB LED displays use a specially engineered matte-black surface coating to minimize ambient light reflection and enhance image contrast. The process starts with a printed circuit board populated with red, green, and blue flip-chip LEDs. A contrast-enhancing layer is then precisely applied between and around each LED, reducing light scattering and improving color purity.
Finally, a durable matte-finish encapsulant is added to protect the LED chips while further lowering glare. The result is a display surface that delivers deeper blacks, sharper details, and consistent visibility — even in brightly lit environments. This non-reflective design also makes the screen easier to clean and suitable for close-up viewing in high-traffic areas such as control rooms, studios, and conference halls.
The LED video processor is needed to support and deal with different signal inputs,
such as HDMI and DP from sending cards and then send them to receiving cards.
The LED controller is responsible for the connection between the PC and the screen.
It receives the signal from the PC and transmits it to the screen. It is like a brain in the LED display system.
