Light Weight

As the cabinet uses aluminum material, the weight of the panel is only 7.5 kgs, and it has great heat dissipation.

Great Cabinet Design

Handle on the top brings convenience. A safety device on the lock in case the locks slide off by itself.

Module attached by a string in case it falls off. Strong back handle. Strong double locks on the side.

The panel has bottom module protection design. Two options: 500*500mm, 500*1,000mm.

Excellent Protection Gadgets

The panel has bottom module protection design. There are two anti-collision pins at the bottom of the panel to raise the bottom module up by 3mm and prevent it from crashing if the panel hits the floor. Meanwhile, it also has strong and safe locking system.We use the innovative “AOB” technology to reinforce the soldering connection between LED and PCB board. So the LED won’t be broken easily.

Easy Maintenance & Repairment

Front access design is used in this panel. The module's slim shape makes it even much easier to maintain. The receiving card, power supply, and hub card are built in a control box in the back of the cabinet. If there is any problem with the LED panel, you can check the whole control box in a short time.

Brilliant Visual Performance

IR2 LED wall captures the audience's attention and creates unforgettable experience using its excellent video performance. Meanwhile, black LED is adopted as well, and the color contrast of the screen is amazing. Ultimate Refresh Rate：Refresh rate of this kind of LED billboard can be up to 3,840Hz；Great Gray Scale：Gray scale of this kind of LED signage can be (13bits-24bits).

Curved design

The lock is very secure and strong. It can be designed to be curved to form a curved screen from -15°(convex) to +15°(concave).
